Kathleen Misturak-Gingrich
Of-Counsel

“I acquired services from Kathleen Misturak-Gingrich, Esquire, to assist with my estate related case when it became evident that my case was going to require someone experienced in litigation.

Kathleen tackled the challenge with such energy and enthusiasm and prepared every document that needed attention with such personal attention that I realized very early in our professional relationship that she understood my concerns and needs as if they were her own.

Her competence and skill level, as well as her personal care and concern for my current and future well-being, always went above and beyond what I anticipated.

I will always not only recommend her in the highest extent that my words can express but will also speak about her in general conversation when communicating to anyone about the successful outcome of my case.”
– Kathryn J. Fox

Kathleen Misturak Gingrich has thirty years of experience representing clients in complex business matters, commercial litigation and providing preventive legal counseling to guide her clients through the maze of regulations and additional considerations necessary to conduct business in today’s highly regulated, yet global economy, while simultaneously advancing their business objectives.

Kathleen Misturak-Gingrich is an attorney with the Law Offices of Peter J. Russo, P.C. She earned a degree (cum laude) in Political Science from Elizabethtown College and graduated cum laude in 1984 from the Widener Law School in Wilmington, Delaware with a juris doctor degree. Kathleen is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey before the following courts: United States Supreme Court, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Supreme Courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Kathleen is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and various of its Sections and Committees, as well as the Dauphin and Cumberland County Bar Associations.

Kathleen has a hybrid practice involving litigation, regulatory, business and corporate transactional work. For her litigation clients, she handles complex/commercial litigation in the federal and state courts. For non-litigation clients, she provides pro-active legal advice and guidance to avoid litigation, regulatory violations and to limit liability, yet lawfully advance her clients’ business goals and objectives.

As a former business owner and in-house counsel to a major telecommunications company, Kathleen prides herself on cost-effectively and pragmatically handling her clients’ affairs, as if she were representing her own business interests or those of her clients as their in-house attorney. She strives to understand not only her clients’ businesses and their objectives, but she fully understands and appreciates the necessity to conclude an assignment on budget and on-time. Kathleen believes that the best anti- litigation posture is to proactively identify and rectify potential problems to avoid and minimize exposure. As such, she also actively counsels her clients on how to minimize the risks of doing business in today’s global and litigious environment, yet still maximize and advance their business goals and objectives.

Kathleen’s clients recognize that she provides first rate legal advice for both litigation and transactional matters in a cost-effective and efficient manner, always with an eye to proposing and implementing pragmatic solutions. They also appreciate her zealous advocacy for them before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and local boards and commissions, as well as in negotiations when circumstances require.
